Begin your day by putting Balance on the bottom of your feet to promote feelings of calmness and tranquility throughout the day.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Good

It smells very fresh, but woody and earthy at the same time and just sweet enough. Has spruce, ho wood, frankincense, blue chamomile and blue tansy essential oils. Super comforting and relaxing and helps put me right to sleep at night and promotes tranquility and complete relaxation to help sleep more deeply. I have noticed less frequent sleep interruptions and as a result, I wake up feeling well rested and ready to take on the day.
