Billing & Payment
  • Payment is billed monthly on the same date you first subscribed.
    All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
    Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets.
Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel anytime during the 3-month period. No cancellation fees. If cancellation is after the billing date, you will still receive that month’s box.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Boxes are shipped within 7 days of your billing date.
    Shipping is available nationwide within Malaysia.
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
    Any delays caused by courier services are outside our control, but we will assist where possible.
